Our Returns Promise
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for return, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bean bags & pouffes that have been removed from their original packaging. All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at our warehouse.
How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:

- Wait for approval – Our Manchester team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package your item securely in its original packaging
- Ship your return using the carrier specified in your return instructions
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we’ve sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days), we’ll process your refund:
- Original payment method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 10 business days
- Exchange requests: We’ll ship your replacement item once the return is received, using your preferred shipping method
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and international returns may be subject to customs fees that are deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your 4-seater sofa or other item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:
- Personalized or custom-made furniture pieces
- Opened candleholders & candlesticks (for hygiene reasons)
- Used bakeware items or baking tins
