Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (orders over £50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note for International Customers: While we ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions), please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs fees which are the responsibility of the customer.
Our Returns Promise
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Gubi Furni purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your item, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:
- Personalized or custom-made furniture pieces
- Opened candleholders & candlesticks (for hygiene reasons)
- Used bakeware items or baking tins
- Bean bags & pouffes removed from original packaging
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Return an Item
Step-by-Step Process

- Wait for Approval: Our Manchester team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package Securely: Repack your item in its original packaging
- Ship Your Return: Send your return using the carrier specified in your instructions
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 10 business days
- Exchanges: Your replacement will ship once we receive the return, using your preferred shipping method
Important Notes: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For international returns, any customs fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your 4-seater sofa, armchair, or other item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
